The larger than average grass pitches are laid out amongst hedging and specimen trees with ample space between.

All pitches have electric hook-up.

We offer modern well equipped facilities comprising toilets, showers and basin cubicles.  Shower temperatures are controllable, which our guests with younger children particularly appreciate.  Also there are separate shower rooms (including toilets) for family use – collect key from reception for a small deposit.  The amenity block also contains a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a deep sink for handwashing clothes.  There is also a separate dishwashing area.  Cleanliness of these facilities is a priority. 

Our shop stocks basic everyday essentials and grocery goods, award winning Purbeck ice cream and seasonal local honey. Pocket money toys, games and sweets are also available. Local information, places to go, maps and guide books plus the wildlife education corner are located in the shop. A book and DVD exchange, with donations towards local charity Naomi House and Jacksplace, is at the rear of the shop. Calor and camping gaz are available to purchase from the shop; you are required to have an appropriate equivalent bottle in exchange.

There is a fence-enclosed play area with various climbing obstacles, two slides and a tree house.  Our play equipment is for young children and is not suitable for older teenagers. All we ask is that guests remember to supervise their children.

Barbecues are permitted on site provided that they are off the ground, bricks are available if required for this purpose. We stock a small range of charcoal and accessories, a metal bin is provided for you to place cooled barbecue waste such as ash. Please note that in exceptionally dry weather, barbecues cannot be permitted due to the potential fire risk.

Dogs are permitted at the park, but we respectfully request that they be kept on their lead at all times. The cleanliness of the park is a priority and owners are responsible for ensuring that they clear up after their dogs where necessary.  Dogs are permitted in Moors Valley Country Park, a short walk from the caravan park.

At the rear of the park is a gate leading to paths and bridleways which allow pedestrian or cycle access, without having to use any roads, to Moors Valley Country Park, which has a multitude of activities, walks and cycle rides for all ages. Dogs are permitted in the country park.

There is also access via the path to the local Three Legged Cross family pub.

The Castleman Trailway is accessible from Moors Valley and this allows travel from the Park into Ringwood with very little contact on roads. Download a map.

At the edge of the Ringwood Forest, near the Castleman Trailway is the Watchmoor Wood bike trail which has man-made jumps and mounds, located near Watchmoor Car Park off the B3081.

Moors Valley Country Park is one of the most popular spaces to visit in East Dorset with miles of forest walks, a splendid lake and it's renowned miniature gauge railway. 

Fortunately we have direct access via our gate at the rear of our site, and is just a short leisurely stroll away. 

Dogs are permitted in the country park.
