In order to ensure you enjoy your stay with us, please note the following:

• The Caravan Park is part of a working farm; therefore, we would ask you to be aware of all tractors/machinery and animals and ensure you and your children keep a safe distance from them.
• The farm and workshops are private, and access is not permitted.
• Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads at all times, and any indiscretions cleaned up by the owners. There are walks to and around Moors Valley Country Park for exercise. Please be aware of others and respect their privacy.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum between 9.30pm and 9.00am throughout the park.
• All visitors must book in at reception on arrival - a charge will be made.
• Vehicles and personal property are kept within the park entirely at owners' risk.
• Woolsbridge Manor Farm Caravan Park cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
• All pitches should be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure, unless a late stay has been booked and paid for (5.30pm departure).
• Check-in 12 noon onwards. Generators and air conditioners are not permitted.
• Commercial vehicles are generally not admitted; however, access may be granted at the owner/management discretion and by prior agreement only.
• For safety reasons any tent/caravan/motorhome wishing to use electric must have the correct electrical hook up equipment which should be waterproof and house a 10amp double pole MCB and a 25amp RCD.
• Homemade equipment is not permitted.
• Halogen heaters/ lamps are prohibited.
• We do accommodate gazebos where possible. However, due to the wide variance in size, style and type they can sometimes constitute fire, safety or general hazards, or encroach upon others. Whereupon they will not be permitted
• The play area is unsupervised. Parents must be responsible for the supervision of their own children.
• Any bad behaviour or bad language will not be tolerated. Our play equipment is for young children and is not suitable for older teenagers.
• Ball games are not permitted throughout the park — unless the ball it attached i.e. swing ball.
• Wood fires are not permitted and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Collecting or removing wood from the hedgerows or adjoining fields is strictly forbidden.
• BBQs must be raised from the ground to avoid scorching the grass.
• Deposits for pitches are not refundable.
• However, if the pitch is relet a percentage of the deposit may be refunded.
• Owner/Management reserves the right to refuse admission. There is an automatic entry and exit barrier, operated by your own personal controller which is issued on arrival.
• A £25.00 returnable deposit will be charged. Security gates will be closed over-night. Thank you for your booking.
